These Conditions of Use (hereinafter the Conditions) are intended to regulate access, navigation and use of the website www.alojamientorurallaplaceta.es. Access, browsing and/or use of the Portal imply acceptance of all the provisions set forth in these Conditions, as well as the Privacy or Data Protection Policy and the Cookies Policy.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

This web page is subject to Spanish legislation and in case of litigation or controversy arising from the use of this web page, both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the municipality of the city of Granada, Spain. BOOKING CONDITIONS

La Placeta Guesthouse does not make reservations of less than one night, except for promotions or special packages made by the establishment itself.

La Placeta Guesthouse will always confirm the availability of the house by e-mail to all interested clients who request it, who will provide the establishment with the necessary information to be able to block reservations during the requested period.

La Placeta Guesthouse will send, by email, the accommodation budget, check-in and check-out dates, contract conditions and cancellation policy, as well as other information required by the client or by the establishment.

La Placeta Guesthouse undertakes to deliver the accommodation in perfect conditions of cleanliness and use, and to provide solutions, as far as possible, to any problems that arise.

PAYMENT TERMS

La Placeta Guesthouse guarantees the greatest security and confidentiality in your purchase, and therefore payment will be made by bank transfer to the account number that will be provided by email and through the website once you have made your reservation. Reservations will be confirmed by email, once the account payment has been received. La Placeta Guesthouse will only confirm a reservation when it can verify that the requested deposit has been paid, at which time the reservation confirmation will be sent along with its details.

The entire price of the reservation may be charged by entering the account. This income will confirm the reservation. You can also make the reservation by entering a deposit of 20% of the total amount as a signal. Payment of the rest of the total amount of the reservation must be paid at the time of arrival at the farm.

La Placeta Guesthouse reserves the right not to process the order of a client who has not fully paid a previous order or with whom there is an active payment dispute, as well as any order that has indications of payment fraud or whose formalization has not been completed.

La Placeta Guesthouse works to achieve your maximum satisfaction, however if for any reason you are not satisfied with your receipt, please notify us within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the reservation confirmation, clearly indicating the order number. and the nature of the incident. Then we will contact you to find a satisfactory solution and indicate the steps to follow. We will not accept changes or returns that have not been previously notified.

PRICES AND TAXES

Prices are expressed in euros and include current Spanish VAT. The applicable price will be the one stated at the time the customer makes the purchase. In the case of promotions and offers, the published prices are valid until the end of the validity of the offer.

La Placeta Guesthouse reserves the right to make, at any time and without prior notice, the modifications it deems appropriate, being able to update products, prices and services on a daily basis depending on the market.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Based on DECREE 20/2002, of January 29, on Tourism in the Rural Environment and Active Tourism (BOJA nº 14, of February 2, 2002), modified by Decree 80/2010, of March 30 (MIRAR) , the cancellation policy established in the Placeta is:

Cancellation more than 7 days before arrival: a full refund of the reservation will be made.
Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival or no show: the amount paid will not be refunded.

All cancellations or changes must be made by email. Cancellations or changes by phone will not be accepted.

La Placeta Guesthouse is not responsible for errors in the account provided by the client, since it is the client’s responsibility to correctly provide the information to make the return.

In the event that the client changes the dates, it will be understood as a new reservation and will be subject to the cancellation conditions, except in cases of force majeure.
